SUPERVISION

(PLEASE sign up before the 7th of each month)

If you have any questions, please direct them to your supervisor.

Please complete the BHT Supervision Form and submit it to your supervisor PRIOR to your supervision date.  You will not be able to participate in group supervision if this form is not completed and submitted.

**PLEASE NOTE:  If you sign up for more than one group (for whatever reason).  You will need to notify Theo at Theodorew@alliancehealthinc.com of which group you prefer to attend.  IF you do not notify Theo, you will receive one email reminder to choose a group.  If you do not notify Theo initially, or you do not respond to the reminder email YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM BOTH GROUPS AUTOMATICALLY. You will then need to sign up again for ONE group that is available.

*SUPERVISION ETIQUETTE*

Before you attend a group be sure to:

1.  Complete your BHT Supervision Form and email it to the group supervisor PRIOR to the scheduled time.  If you don't do this you will be asked to sign off and find another supervision to join after you complete your form.

2.  Make sure you are in a quiet and private location where you are able to fully participate and engage.

      A.  NO SUPERVISION CAN BE DONE IN A PUBLIC LOCATION

      B.  PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE DURING SUPERVISION

      C.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAMERAS ARE TURNED ON

      D.  IF YOUR SUPERVISOR IS ALSO A GROUP SUPERVISOR - CHOOSE ONE OF THEIR GROUPS TO JOIN
