Melissa Rayman-Keilbach, MEd, LBS

Melissa is a life-long resident of Perryopolis and has spent her career focusing on serving and improving the lives of children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder  and other disabilities primarily using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA.)  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh; a Master’s Degree in Education from California University of PA, and a Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Penn State University.  She is currently a Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA.  She started her career as a TSS back in 1999 at Alliance Health before becoming a Behavior Specialist and eventually moving into the role of Co-Director in 2006.  Melissa continues to work in the field, primarily with the adult population in helping individuals maximize their potential for independence and success.  Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and golden retrievers, watching her son play basketball and baseball as well as traveling, and boating.
