Michelle is a Pittsburgh native. Raise in the East End she's continued to raise her two beautiful daughters close to home. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Point Park College and her Masters of Science in Child Development from The University of Pittsburgh. Michelles background in working with children and families that were victims of abuse or neglect. She started at Alliance in 2004 and is now a Behavior Consultant and Compliance Officer.
In her spare time, Michelle likes to cook and spend time with her daughters.
Originally from Kentucky, Lisa has called Pittsburgh home since 1987. She received her graduate degree in Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington and ABA certificate from Penn State in 2003. Lisa has worked in schools, our community and a variety of other mental health settings including social work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and education. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter and continues herself to be a life long learner allowing most of her free time to be filled with research.
BC-ABA, Mobile Therapist, Supervisor
Evelyn Allan completed her undergraduate work at Clarion University in Psychology/Sociology, with a minor in Social work in 2004. She went onto graduate school for Social work at the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, graduating with her MSW and taking her license exam the following Spring. Evelyn became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in October 2019. Evelyn works as a BHT supervisor, BC-ABA and MT. In 2018 her work became even more personal when her 3-year-old son was diagnosed with autism. Evelyn’s goal is to advocate for those and their families who need a louder voice. Evelyn is part of INELDA (International End of Life Doula Association) and works full time as a social worker with Hospice. After seeing death first hand for many years her hope is to broaden the end of life experience for the dying by fulfilling and facilitating their goals on their terms rather than societies with dignity and compassion. In Evelyn’s down time she loves to travel, garden and spend time with her husband, two boys, Elliott and Wesley and her therapy dog, Gus.
Rayeann was born and raised in Pittsburgh. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communication Arts from Allegheny College in Meadville, her graduate degree in Counselor Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Penn State University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in December 2020. Rayeann has worked for Alliance Health, Inc. for over 10 years as a BSC, MT, Supervisor, and Co-Director of the ID Waiver Program. In her free time, Rayeann enjoys traveling, attending Penn State football games, and cuddling with her dog, Neko.
Dave was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He attended undergraduate for criminal justice at Waynesburg University. For graduate school he attended University of Pittsburgh and received his Masters Degree in Elementary Education. He started in this field at Alliance Health in 2000 as a TSS and BSC. Currently he is working as a BC-ABA and BSS with adults on the spectrum and ID. In Daves free time he likes to golf, spend time with his family, and two dogs, Bentley and Midas.
Born and raised in West Homestead, Megan recieved her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Point Park University and masters in education also from Point Park University. She has worked with Alliance since 2012 and is currently a BC-ABA. Married with 2 beautiful energetic children Riley and Rosie. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, anything Disney, and reading!
Quality Improvement Director
Theo is a trained Art Therapist, trauma and CBT therapist. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia College & State University. After a short stint in the big apple he returned to Georgia and received his graduate degree from Georgia College & State University in Art Therapy and Counseling. A life long learner, Currently Theo is attending Penn State to obtain a graduate certificate in ABA. However he has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and psychiatric prisons. Primarily focusing on positive behavior changes in all populations he works with, Theo continues to be passionate about community involvement and addressing social concerns. Originally from Pennsylvania, Theo moved to Pittsburgh in 2019 and began working with Alliance Health, Inc. In his spare time he likes to ride horses and compete in running races.
Clinical Supervisor, Adult Waiver Program Director/BSS, BC-ABA, Mobile Therapist
Sara received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Pittsburgh at Johnston, and her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an Art Therapy Specialization from Seton hill University. She has also gained her Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. She has been a Licensed Behavior Consultant since receiving her licensure in 2013.
In her spare time she likes to go for runs with her dog!
Richard has decades of experience in mental health services. He has worked in hospital, private practice, neuropsychiatric clinic and agency settings. He also has experience teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs in Pittsburgh as well as in Washington State. He has been with Alliance Health for over ten years.
April was born and raised in Pittsburgh. She received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Clarion University and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from California University of Pennsylvania. Before coming to Alliance, she worked years as a teacher and Director of a childcare center. April has worked for Alliance since 2016, starting out as a BHT before becoming a Behavior Consultant. In her free time, April loves to go bowling, watch movies, travel, and ride roller coasters.
Tyler Foxwell has international roots, has a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh’s Applied Developmental Psychology program—also attended by Fred Rogers!—and has been with Alliance since 2019, as a BHT then BC. After getting a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Wheaton College in 2008 he worked in cancer and digestive disease research for 11 years, giving him a strong background in science and medicine, but he also volunteered and interned in Children’s Hospital, the LEND clinic, and other child development contexts throughout this period. In his free time Tyler is doing basically what he does at work—bringing out the best in his two kids at home!
